Mr. Philipp Stegelmann has been working as a property manager at GCM Gebäude und Centermanagement GmbH in Düsseldorf since 2020 and is an expert in the field of commercial and technical property management.

Mr. Stegelmann initially studied economics and civil engineering in Aachen and then completed further training as a real estate specialist (IHK/EBZ) while working. He is also a trainer in accordance with the Vocational Training Act.

Before joining GCM, he gained professional experience at Kadawittfeldarchitektur GmbH and Nesseler&Grünzig Bau GmbH, among others.

Mr. Stegelmann works as a property manager for our national and international clients and investment companies. He is a specialist in the operation of large commercial properties and real estate investments. Last but not least, he has also been an authorized signatory in the company since the end of 2023, thus extending his expertise and responsibility to a more advanced level.
