Quartier 30,
Berlin

The ultra-modern Quartier 30 consists of six different buildings and has a total area of around 30,000 square metres. Buildings five and six comprise approximately 7,800 square meters and 252 underground parking spaces.

The ultra-modern building ensemble in a top location was built on one of the last open blocks of the Friedrichstadt district in Berlin. With its parcelling out of the area, which is unusual for Berlin, and the community planning, the ensemble clearly stands out from the block edges around the Gendarmenmarkt. With an eaves height of 22 metres and a staggered storey up to 30 metres high, the urban planning rules were observed. The quarter is thus kept open at three points up to a height of four storeys in some cases. A public atrium with a size of 2,100 square meters is accessible to the public. Water areas, green zones and a café break up the area. Mainly office space, some retail space and 28 apartments are located in the entire complex.

With the Gendarmenmarkt in front of the door, the office and commercial building offers the ideal combination of representative business premises and the most important economic, political and cultural institutions in an exposed location.
