Mr. Jörg Könnemann has been working as a property manager in facility management at GCM Region-Mitte GmbH since September 2024. Previously, he worked as a project manager in residential construction and as a building expert and site manager in accordance with §59 HBO and acquired in-depth knowledge of project coordination and quality assurance for buildings. Mr. Könnemann has a total of 25 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. In property management, he looks after national and international clients and contributes his extensive expertise in the technical field.
